  Hideous! Is the only word that comes to my mind to describe the shop, location, and not to mention SERVICE. The old woman running this business "appears" friendly but alas don't be fooled. She will charge you $50 upfront before she can even have one of her tech nerds talk to you let alone take a look at your TV. Once you pay her, she will kick you out of her gas chamber shop (from incessant smoking) while the tech apparently conducts a quick diagnosis of the TV just to blurt out what you already know! And then comes the real shocker - the cost - to fix the TV. It is much much higher than Geek Squad or any other true professional place would charge. So go some place else or buy a new TV instead.
