  We had Island Preferred remodel our oceanfront condo, and they did a very nice job. The biggest challenge we had, was that we were living out of state during the process, and they were able to work around this logistical issue to give us a great finished product. A lot of product selection was done via email, and the ones that couldn't be accomplished that way, they met with us on weekends to accommodate our travel schedule. They worked extremely well with the building management team throughout the construction process, in getting materials in and out of the high rise structure. We would definitely recommend Island Preferred Remodeling, and are glad we chose to go with them.

  Island Preferred Painting and Remodeling just completed a kitchen/family room remodel and addition which turned out beautiful. I'm impressed with the quality of the materials used and workmanship. Richard has a very organized method to their design, and construction processes that we especially liked since we felt we always knew when and what work would happen on a weekly basis. The project manager, Mike, was very responsive and dealt immediately with changes and modifications. We're very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend this Myrtle Beach remodeling company for any home renovation project.
