  Took FOREVER to get my computer back. Was told one day, it took 7. Also, got home, and the battery will not charge now, says plugged in and not charging. The entire strip across the top of the keyboard witht he quickplay options is dead. Will not light up or work. Amazing how much was wrong AFTER they "fixed" it. Also, upon entering the store there were a couple of black girls in there and they were sort of talking loudly. When they left the repair tech came out and got a attitude with me and I was really shocked, he thought I was arguing with the counter lady. She said, "no, it was a couple of other customers just being loud". He never apologized, he was VERY rude. I will obviously NEVER go back. Communication is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Customer Service is HORRRIBLE. The older woman at the front was nice but thats it. Plus all the problems my computer has now, it was not worth it.
